Texas Attorney Wills
Texas Attorney Wills is owned and operated by attorney, Angela Holmes and the Law Office of Angie C. Holmes. Angie has been licensed to practice law in the State of Texas since 2001. A former Assistant District Attorney with the Dallas County District Attorney's Office, Angie opened her solo family law practice, The Law Office of Angie C. Holmes, in 2007.
She now operates an exclusively web-based law firm, drafting estate planning documents to enable her to spend more time at home with her three children. She provides small-estate planning documents to families from the comfort of their own home at a much lower cost than that of a standard estate planning attorney. Through this site, you are provided attorney-prepared and legally sound documents, without paying high hourly attorney's fees..
How the Process Works
Upon purchase of your document(s) online, we will send you an engagement contract and a link to an online questionnaire that will provide us with all of the information necessary for us to complete your estate planning documents. Once we have received your fully completed engagement contract, questionnaire, and payment, your document(s) will be drafted according to your needs, and you will be emailed the completed legal documents with step-by-step instructions of how to have them validly executed. This simply requires the presence of a notary and, for your will, two witnesses. We will answer any questions you have along the way via email support. Once we receive your payment and fully completed online questionnaire, you will be delivered your documents via email, typically within one week.
